Colin has over 30 years experience of coaching people in business. He has a passion for helping people achieve greatness. He practices what he preaches having run the London Marathon, sailed across the Southern Ocean and more recently completed his Doctorate in Branding. He believes that everyone has greatness within them, and with the right support, ordinary people can achieve extra-ordinary things. His coaching practice is dedicated to helping people achieve Greatness

Coaching credentials

Colin is an Ashridge trained coach with a unique combination of business and psychological training. He has his own private coaching practice in Central London, helping successful individuals achieve greatness. He also works with blue chip organisations, helping their CEO’s, Director’s and Senior Manager’s to lead and manage change. His particular skill is his ability to truly understand his clients and adapt his approach to maximize the benefit for them.

Ways of working

The process varies but typically involves a diagnostic element; an exploration element; a decision element and then a practice element over 6 – 8 sessions. Colin is careful to contract explicitly at each stage, so the client knows what is going on and can assess the value of the time being spent. Each coaching assignment is tailored to the specific needs of the client, but Colin's work falls into 3 categories:

Functional Coaching (Knowledge based)

Leveraging Colin’s expertise in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service and Operations E.g.

Temporal Coaching (Event based)
